First came the Zoe app, used by millions of Britons during the pandemic to log symptoms and track the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Then came the bright yellow, circular Zoe blood glucose monitor, which the science and nutrition company’s subscribers used to track their reactions to certain foods. Membership numbers soared, and so did Zoe’s offerings, from podcasts to research on intermittent fasting to belly shots in a partnership with beloved high-street supermarket M&S.
And now they’ve launched a new whole food plant-based supplement called Daily30+.
What is Daily30+?
Made from a blend of over 30 carefully selected botanicals, Daily30+ supplement is designed to be sprinkled onto any meal to improve dietary diversity (and overall health) by adding an extra 5 grams of fiber.

What are the benefits?
Daily30+ supplements include: Randomized controlled trialDuring a six-week study of 350 people, one group took Daily30+ and was compared to a functional control group.
During the study, participants were asked to record their mood, energy, anxiety, sleep and hunger, and blood and stool samples were also taken to analyze changes in metabolic biomarkers and the composition of their gut microbiome.
Participants reported reduced hunger, improved sleep, improved mood, improved microbiome composition, and increased energy.
Specifically, the study showed that:

Zoe’s Daily30+ supplement is aimed at people who struggle to meet the recommended dietary fibre intake. In the UK, the current recommendation for adults is 30g of fiber per dayHowever, on average, we only consume about 20g per day.
The idea is, to add Adding a scoop of this supplement to your diet will also increase your fiber intake.
