You’re Sure To Go Head Over Heels About Taapsee Pannu’s Latest Aerial Yoga Workout

If you can’t find the motivation to hit the gym this week, just take a look at Taapsee Pannu’s Instagram stories. On Monday, Taapsee gave her Instagram fans a sneak peek at her workout routine. The exercise she’s been obsessed with is aerial yoga. This hybrid form of yoga involves Asana It is performed with the help of a hammock. This type of workout increases flexibility, burns calories, strengthens the core, increases blood circulation, improves cardiovascular health and stimulates digestion. Taapsee attempted this exercise with great skill. Dressed in a maroon athleisure look, she assumed an upside-down position. She wrapped one leg around a piece of fabric hanging from the ceiling. She bent the other leg and touched her toes with both hands, showcasing her mastery of the technique. “Some days it feels better when the world is upside down,” she wrote.

Taapsee Pannu does aerial yoga with ease. She loves working out and sometimes she even embraces a challenge. No challenge is too difficult for a fitness enthusiast like Taapsee. In another page of her fitness diary, Danki The actress performed an upside-down aerial yoga routine by simply hanging from a silk hammock and balancing her body on her shoulders. She then performed an impressive 90-degree pose. Following this, Taapsee wrapped her hands around the hammock and balanced on her lap.

Not just yoga, Taapsee Pannu is also a fitness guide to weight training. Earlier, she posted a picture on Instagram where she is doing dumbbell workout. This exercise has countless benefits like improved bone health, rapid weight loss and increased muscle strength. It also boosts your mood, enhances heart health and improves quality of sleep. Taapsee showed off her abs in a black sports bra and sea-green pants while doing aerobics. “Speaking of my favourite things… I love to eat with 4 biscuits… at least. WIP,” she wrote.
