WWE Star Rhea Ripley in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares a Special Selfie

Rhea Ripley has had a big career in WWE, holding multiple championship titles, including the longest reigning Women’s World Champion alongside Bayley. Recently, Ripley shared a photo on Instagram in light brown training gear, giving followers a glimpse into her training routine and showcasing her incredible physique. Ripley is passionate about not only physical fitness, but also the development of women’s wrestling, and has ambitious goals for the future of the sport. In the interview, she shares insights into her fitness regime, which combines cardio and weight training, as well as the importance of making time for self-care in her busy schedule. Ripley also manages her nutrition through a meal delivery service that helps her reach her macro goals. Here, we take a closer look at how Ripley balances her demanding schedule in WWE with her dedication to fitness and her mission to improve women’s wrestling.

In an interview GQRipley spoke about her feelings on women’s wrestling, saying she would like to see more attention given to the sport. “I want to make the women’s division the biggest it’s ever been, but there’s always that selfish side of me that wants to be the face of the women’s division. I want to make history and leave my own legacy, but if achieving that doesn’t help the women’s division grow and improve, then it’s really not worth it.”

Ripley told GQ that she makes time for herself: “It’s a very intense job and a demanding environment. There’s a lot expected of us and people often don’t understand what we do or go through, so it can be pretty stressful. It’s important to have some free time to clear your head – going to the gym, watching a movie, spending time with friends and family. Whatever you can do to ease yourself into a few hours and feel like a normal person!”

To help her eat healthily, Ripley uses a meal delivery service to deliver her meals. “Every Sunday, a meal delivery company sends me a meal with the macros I want,” she told GQ. “I don’t eat as much as I should. I don’t know why I have all this muscle, because sometimes I don’t eat. The other day I did a leg workout and burned 2,500 calories, but I only ate 800-900 calories that day.”

Ripley told GQ magazine that her workout routine typically involves a mix of cardio and weight training: “Usually when I go to the gym, I’ll do 20 minutes of cardio and then I’ll do weight training for two and a half hours, sometimes three hours. It really depends on what I want to do. The gym is my happy place, so I like to spend time there. It’s the only place where I can rest my head. For now, I’m still doing cardio and weight training at least six days a week, but today I just did back.” [training] An hour. That’s obviously not my preference, but I have to go and do it anyway, because when it comes to WrestleMania, I want to be as healthy and looking as good as I can.

Since Ripley is a full-time wrestler, she needs to stay in shape all the time, which is why training continuously is important to her, and she has spoken about this in interviews. Muscles and Fitness. “I feel like my training has always been pretty intense. I’ve been preparing for WrestleMania, but training in general is pretty intense. I try to stay as prepared as possible all year round.”
