Weiss shared some career advice in the interview. Muscles and fitness. “You have to be yourself and stay true to yourself to be recognized by the world. If I had listened to what anyone said about me, I wouldn’t be where I am today. And just because I don’t have the typical look in my sport doesn’t mean I don’t have the same level or talent. So I would tell girls, stay true to yourself. Be yourself and work 100 times harder than anyone else in your career. Stay true to your passion, grow and shine. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”

Weiss told Muscle & Fitness magazine that she relies on supplements to stay healthy. “I’m really big on vitamins, supplements and nutrition routines, so I try to eat healthy and I don’t eat a lot of carbs, but if there’s one thing I’m super disciplined about, it’s vitamins and blood testing. For me, that’s super important. I train every day and I use Vital Performance Recover every time I train. I love the Guava Lime, it reminds me of Miami. I make sure I do it after every training session to prepare for the next session. It really helps my body and my recovery. The amino acids and all that have a great effect on my training.”

Weiss shared some of her health tips in an interview. Important ProteinsShe says she likes to train at a fast pace: “I train every morning on an empty stomach, which means I don’t eat anything before training. Afterwards, I usually have some protein, carbs and healthy fats like avocado. The reason I train on an empty stomach is because in my experience, it’s a great way to maintain weight and feel leaner while working out.”

Weiss makes recovery a priority, and she told Vital Proteins that one of the things she does to recover is yoga. “On both training days and active recovery days, I drink a lot of water and eat clean. On active recovery days, yoga is a go-to for me. It helps flush the lactic acid out of my legs so they’re not as sore the next morning.”

Weiss talked about this in an interview with Vital Proteins:To be honest, it all depends on how badly you want it. Some days I’m less motivated than others, but remembering my dreams and what I want to achieve helps me get through my training.”
