Vipaka (post-digestive effect) – Madhura (sweet)
Virya (potency) – Ushna (hot)
Effect on Tridosha: Balances vata and kapha.

*Barya – improves strength and immunity
*Pitta Surad Shajit – Helps with bleeding disorders caused by excess pitta (heat)
*Agnikrut – improves digestion
*Hrudya – good for the heart as it is a cardiotonic
*Yoni Shoola Nut – Helps relieve pain during menstruation. As an added support for women, fennel has specific effects on rasadatu and promotes breast milk flow in nursing mothers.

Its sattvic properties are said to refresh the mind and promote mental alertness, and it is also believed to rejuvenate the eyes. It’s easy to be impressed by the amazing health benefits of eating seeds.

Digestive problems: Chew 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds after meals. If you have a problem with high acidity/pitta, add half a teaspoon of crystal sugar.

Weight loss, cough/cold, menstrual cramps, nausea, worming: Take it in the form of an herbal tea (boil 1 teaspoon of fennel in 1 cup of water for 3-5 minutes, strain and sip).

To maintain digestion: Consume as CCF tea before or 1 hour after meals. He puts 1 teaspoon each (cumin, coriander, fennel) in a glass of water for 5 minutes, strains, and drinks. Anyone can have this.
