This 5-minute intermediate class will work your core and lower back muscles while improving your posture and building functional strength. You’ll do a variety of exercises to tone and strengthen your core, including mountain climbers, bicycle crunches and leg lifts. All you need for this workout is a mat.
Always remember to maintain regular breathing and take breaks as needed. If you feel resistance or pain, stretch carefully without forcing it.
