Aging is inevitable, but it is certainly possible to slow down the effects of aging on your body.

A wellness expert speaks exclusively to GB News about how women can look 10 years younger by quitting a very common habit: stress.


Wellness enthusiast Christian Wolff, author of several wellness books in The Body Rescue Plan series, said stress can “extend the lifespan of your body.”

She encouraged women to “lower their stress levels,” explaining that “most people are in a state of fight-or-flight suspension, and stress takes a toll on the body for years.”

While some stress is inevitable, it is possible to manage stress at home with important exercise.

Experts say, “A very simple technique to reduce stress levels is to take 10 deep breaths several times a day.

“This is scientifically proven to help reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels and switch on the parasympathetic nervous system.”

Christiane says, “I also recommend that my clients regularly practice habits that stimulate the vagus nerve, which will help them avoid fights and fights.”

“Simple techniques include rubbing your earlobes, doing breathing exercises, splashing cold water on your face, gargling, and humming, to name a few.”

For those who have a little more time, yoga and meditation are also recommended.

Experts also recommended maintaining an active lifestyle, saying that “regular exercise is also beneficial for staying young.''
