CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — A Wilsonville woman who fled to Las Vegas with her daughter to treat her liver cancer with CBD oil has been found guilty of custodial interference and abuse.

Family friends told KGW in 2020 that Dixon didn’t believe chemotherapy was helping her 13-year-old daughter, Kylie, and used CBD and other drugs to care for her at home.
