A woman who successfully lost 4 kg in one month has shared the key habits that helped her achieve visible body changes.

Bulbul Thakkar lost 4 kg in one month. She shared on Instagram six basic steps that will help you get closer to your fitness goals.

1. Develop one habit at a time
She said: “Don’t try to do everything at once, because your body will go into shock.” Develop one habit each week. ” It takes time to get used to new exercises and diets. When embarking on a weight loss journey, adding everything at once can be too taxing for your body.
2. Create a workout plan and stick to it
Bulbul reminded that it is important to stick to a specific training plan. Gradually increase your endurance and improve your fitness.

3. Calculate your calorie intake
It is important to be careful about the calories you burn. She suggested counting the calories in your daily meals. Calories are especially important when it comes to deficits. Bulbul advised using a calorie counting app for accurate calorie counting. This exercise will help you understand whether you are eating too much, too little, or not meeting your needs.
4. Stick to your calorie budget
Bulbul emphasized that this is very important to stick to your calorie budget and keep your protein intake adequate. Protein is essential to a balanced diet. A calorie budget, on the other hand, is the number of calories you need to consume each day according to your goals.
5. Drink water to reduce cravings
Cravings are common when dieting, and Bulbul suggested drinking water to curb them. She called this a “double win” because it not only keeps you hydrated, but also prevents you from running into a calorie deficit.
6. 30 minutes of cardio
Bulbul thought 30 minutes of cardio was a game changer. Even 30 minutes of aerobic exercise can help you lose weight.
