  • My lunch: salad + fruit + 1 bowl of seasonal vegetables + 1 bowl of curd
  • My dinner: 4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + 2 multigrain rotis, 1 bowl of vegetables/dal + salad (7pm)
  • Pre-workout meal: rice cake and peanut butter
  • Post-workout meal: protein shake + nuts
  • What to eat on a cheat day: Anything (except sugar)

Additionally, Sachdeva proudly introduces several low-calorie dishes.

  • Air fried kofta cooked in 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Oat idli with coconut chutney

“My connection with the Almighty motivates me, keeps me alive and keeps me going every day. I stay motivated by inculcating a positive attitude towards everything in life. It all comes down to strong determination. I believe that this can only be achieved by having a strong listening ability and I try to learn the positive aspects of everyone around me, which helps me create new habits every day.”

How can I avoid losing concentration?

“I have a strong belief system within myself. I set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for myself and follow my personal and professional goals. “I try to achieve them with a disciplined attitude.
