A Canadian weight loss coach who lost 45 pounds and transformed his body has shared a 10-minute ‘no excuses’ workout that you can do anywhere.

Content creators using handles @andrewholmes79recently demonstrated an effective three-movement workout.

Holmes recently shared a 10-minute ‘no excuses’ workout that you can do anywhere.

10 minute workout

Set a timer for 10 minutes and repeat the following three movement sequences as many times as possible.

  1. 10 squats
  2. 10 push-ups
  3. 20 second plank

“You can do this anytime, anywhere, without any equipment,” Holmes said.

The coach explained that all they had to do was set a timer for 10 minutes and repeat three movements as many times as possible: 10 squats, 10 push-ups, and 20 seconds of plank.

The footage shows him doing squats in the bathtub and on his living room table, doing planks on the kitchen island and chair, and doing push-ups on his bed and outside. It has been proven that exercise can be done almost anywhere.

“If you’re trying to lose weight, you need to practice moving your body as much as possible,” he explained in the caption.

“Modify these moves according to your skill level and get on with it!”

Holmes’ video has been viewed more than 19,000 times and received more than 20 comments since it was posted last week.

One person replied, “Don’t squat in the shower.”

Holmes explained that all you have to do is set a timer for 10 minutes and repeat three movements as many times as you can: 10 squats, 10 push-ups, and 20 seconds of planks.

“If you’re trying to lose weight, you need to practice moving your body as much as possible,” he explained in the caption.

“I have time but no motivation, I don’t know how to motivate myself,” another admitted.

Holmes recently opened up about her weight loss journey. Instagram While sharing your before and after photos.

He explained that one of the “biggest mistakes” he made was thinking he could lose weight on his own and “didn’t need to hire a coach.”

“Over a decade of my life, I bounced from 175 pounds to 237 pounds,” he wrote. “I can’t remember or count how many times I’ve lost a lot of weight and then gained it back.

“I can’t tell you how many stupid diets I’ve tried. Or stupid training programs. Or thousands of dollars wasted on supplements and fat loss drugs that don’t help. It’s all because my ego and pride have caused me to lose weight.” Because they didn’t accept that it couldn’t be resolved.”

Holmes admitted that she spent more than a decade of her life “feeling dissatisfied and dissatisfied” with her body because she “didn’t see the value in asking for help.”

“When everything in my life seemed to fall apart at once, it took me a while to really hit a rock bottom moment and realize how much I was getting in my way,” he said.

“About seven years ago, I finally got out of my own head and joined a coaching program with a local trainer. There was nothing special about the plan he gave me. To be honest , these were all things I had tried myself before.

“But taking on responsibility, coupled with the fact that I invested in my health and fitness, made me truly prioritize my goals for the first time.”

After six months on the program, Holmes said she lost a total of 45 pounds and has continued to lose weight for the past seven years.

“It literally changed my life for the better and forever changed the way I think about investing in myself,” he added. ‘All we really have is health…

“Without health, everything in life becomes more difficult and less enjoyable. Without health, the short time we have in this world becomes even shorter.

“Never stop investing in your health.”
