FAIRFIELD, Connecticut — The District 1 Community Health Department, which includes Fairfield, hosted a webinar titled “Mental Health in a Post-Covid World: How to Ensure Mental Health and Resilience for Families, Adolescents, and Teens.” increase.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood through adolescence to adulthood. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), mental illness is one of the most common health conditions in the United States. Providing support and resources to community members diagnosed with mental illness is critical.
