The Valley’s Medicine Man Pharmacy has ceased operations after permanently closing its doors without informing customers. Posted signs directing customers to pick up prescriptions at Walgreens stores in Omaha or Fremont. “There are a lot of seniors who rely on that pharmacy,” said Wendy Deane, a Valley resident and owner of his business. Mr. Deane owns The Gallery & Loft and Simply Delicious. She attributes the recent closures in the Valley to a lack of community support. “If you’re moving to a small town, it’s something to consider.” Dean is now selling Simply Her Delicious. The restaurant remains open, but she is looking for a new owner. Because without more income, I can’t hire a manager to run the restaurant and pay the cooks and other employees.”This week has been terrible.” In fact, it’s another business closure.”

Pharmacies posted “Medicine Man Pharmacy is closed” signs on the inside of their front doors on Wednesday, instructing customers to pick up their prescriptions at a Walgreens store in Omaha or Fremont.
“There are a lot of seniors who rely on that pharmacy,” said Valley resident and business owner Wendy Dean.
Deane owns The Gallery & Loft and Simply Delicious. She attributes the recent closures in the Valley to a lack of community support.
Last week’s BREW Coffee House and Tasting Room The closure was announced on Facebook. The last day of the coffee shop is November 5th.
“We need their support,” Dean said. “If you’re moving to a smaller town, you have to consider that.”
Deane is currently listing Simply Delicious. The restaurant remains open, but she is looking for a new owner. Because without more earnings, she can’t hire a manager to run the restaurant and pay the cooks and other employees.
