“Since February, UFC Citylink has been closed for renovations. There was no communication or transparency about what this closure was.
“I paid for a full-year membership that will end in January next year, but I feel like I’ve been left without knowing my membership status. I paid for services that I can’t use, and I refunded. We do not know if we will be affected or if our membership will be extended. I’m here.
“We’ve also noticed that gyms are now showing up as permanently closed on Google Maps, which is causing more confusion and frustration for members whose membership status is unknown. ”
Stomp tried to contact UFC Gym Singapore, but the call was not answered, nor was an email to [email protected].
