giants Backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor is suing charger Team Physician David S. Gazzaniga and the Newport Orthopedic Institute have ruled Taylor’s medical malpractice resulting from a lung puncture while on duty with the Chargers. Trials, originally scheduled for November, are now scheduled to begin in April due to the NFL’s schedule. The lawsuit was filed in May 2021.
