Hide your psychological symptoms and only share your physical symptoms. People with depression may not like interacting with people, but instead of giving the right reasons, they may say they are not feeling well.

Hide the pile of work you didn’t have the energy to do. People with depression have very low energy and may procrastinate on daily chores. However, they hide their inability to manage all the work piled up because they are unwilling to share this with you.
