Exercise Index – Exercise Index is designed to help you understand your overall energy expenditure. Your score is based on your Metabolic Equivalent (MET) and depends on how much you exercise during the day, as well as your workouts at specific times of the day.
Sleep Index – The Sleep Index is designed to help you understand different sleep stages such as deep sleep, REM sleep, light sleep and wakefulness.

The Ultra Human Ring is an edgy, minimal design, a slightly sleek looking device that fits on your finger. Designed to look like jewelry rather than wearable, the ring comes with a titanium outer shell coated with tungsten carbide and boasts a beautiful metallic finish. Beneath that is a ring of electronics embedded in hypoallergenic resin. This makes the ring durable, comfortable, and waterproof up to 7 feet. The outer tungsten carbide coating is five times harder than tool steel (the kind used in workshop equipment), making the ring virtually scratch and dent resistant.

Beneath its tiny fruit loop-sized exterior is some impressive technology.
