Bodybuilder shares body transformation plan for ‘Thor’marvel studios

Following the video earlier this year, He and his brother recreated Chris Hemsworth’s work Thor: Love and Thunder good result, YouTuber and buff dude Hudson White demonstrated an arm and shoulder routine inspired by Marvel superheroes. You can do it at home if you have dumbbells and barbells.

White begins her workout with a 10-minute upper body warm-up followed by three sets of 15 dumbbell side raises. “A slight bend in his elbow contracts the muscles and stabilizes the joint,” he says. “If you want more traps, raise the dumbbell slightly off-parallel to the ground.”

The second exercise is the overhead barbell press, with 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, and 8 reps each. Calling this “probably the greatest shoulder workout” that works every part of the deltoid, White adds, “Start right, start light… let the movement settle before you start lifting heavy weights.”

Then, 3 sets of 12 upright dumbbell rows, White moves to arms in supersets of 3 sets of 10 dumbbell French presses and 3 sets of 10 incline dumbbell curls. He does this with another buy-and-try superset of cross-bench dips and alternating hammer curls, doing three sets of 10 each. The final superset consists of reverse bar curls and finger curls (3 sets) with pronation grips targeting the forearms. 10 each).

White’s workout finisher attacks the core. Using the barbell as a makeshift ab wheel, perform three sets of 10 ab rollouts. “In my opinion, this is one of the most difficult exercises he has done in the entire workout,” he says.
