Many people rely on vitamins and nutritional supplements to improve nutritional deficiencies and general health.Do they really work or are they a waste of money and even dangerous? mosquito?

“Taking melatonin can help you fall asleep about seven minutes faster. Research shows that melatonin is especially helpful for people with jet lag and sleep problems,” says Gill. “However, avoid taking high doses for long periods of time to avoid interfering with the body’s own natural production.

After biotin, collagen was the second most common supplement taken in surveys for healthier hair, skin and nails.

However, some supplements have serious side effects, such as liver damage. Consumer Reports recommends avoiding chaparral, coltsfoot, and comfrey.
