Experts spoke exclusively to GB News to tell us how to stick to a plan and burn fat when trying to lose weight.


Curves’ global fitness expert Joanna Daas explained that in order to slim and tone, you can’t just lose fat in spots. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t achieve your ideal body shape.
