Brian Johnson, a 46-year-old software billionaire who aims to reverse his biological age, recently shared one of the key ingredients he uses every day to look younger. In his latest YouTube video, Mr Johnson said he has been munching on chocolate every day for the past “three years” to aid his quest to cheat death. “There are things we don’t do that are good for us,” the tech mogul said in the video.
The 46-year-old explained a long list of benefits that cacao has for the body. He claimed that eating a healthy amount of cocoa every day has amazing benefits for brain health, executive function, long-term memory, and heart health.
But Johnson also stressed that not all the cocoa in the store will be “high quality.” “If you’re looking to buy high-quality cocoa, there are a few things you look for: One, it’s pure cocoa, two, it’s unprocessed, and three, it’s tested for heavy metals. , four require high flavonol content,” he shared.
Additionally, Johnson emphasized that viewers are interested in eating more “high-quality food” than buying directly from his store. “There’s an assumption that just because food is in a supermarket, it has gone through some process to make sure it’s safe, and that’s not true,” he explained.

Johnson then shared some easy recipes that incorporate cocoa powder for daily satiety. He also put some of that powder on top of his “super veggies” and coffee.
Johnson is known for his obsession with anti-aging. He claims to have reversed his biological age by more than five years and boasts improved health markers. He has invested heavily in his Blueprint project, which includes special diets, medical monitoring, therapy, and exercise. He said he follows a daily regimen that he claims has given him the lung capacity and strength of an 18-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old, and the skin of a 28-year-old. Earlier this year, Johnson also claimed to have reversed hair loss with another program of his own development.
Notably, Johnson made his fortune in his 30s by selling his payment processing company, Braintree Payment Solutions, to eBay for $800 million in cash. His net worth is reportedly $400 million.
