her morning routine

Natalie reveals her morning routine women’s fitness. “Let’s start with a latte and breakfast! For me, the first meal of the day is very important to set the tone for the day of nutritious, mindful eating. I also spend the first 30 minutes to an hour after waking up in the morning on my cell phone. I also love not checking my phone. It allows me to start my day at a better pace and not have to jump straight into emails at 7am,” she said.

She also does strength training and cardio. “I like to combine it with weight circuits, running, and alone time in the gym. I love classes and PT sessions to hold myself accountable. I also like to train to challenge myself. It also helps to keep things interesting because you can change it up often,” she said.

When it comes to diet, Natalie tries not to be too strict. “I love my food. I’ve tried so many diets over the years to test myself and my body and see how each one feels.” “I’ve never been on a diet, but through the diets I’ve tried, I’ve learned what foods my body likes and what foods it doesn’t like,” she says. “I’m a protein and carbs girl, but my body can’t seem to process excess amounts of good fats (thanks Keto for teaching me this). So I mainly eat high protein meals. We know that by eating more and satisfying your carbohydrate cravings, you’ll feel more energized, fuller, and able to eat what you want.”

What is one of her self-care strategies for her mental health? “I love going on long walks with my husband, where we bounce off each other and share everything. I’ve also found that walking frees up my mind. Whether it’s expressing a creative idea or talking about the “bad” things that happened that day, talking while walking helps me have a better conversation. It seems like it will be. Sharing your thoughts, good or bad, in this way clears your head space and helps you gain a healthy and good perspective on your life and what’s happening around you. I realized that,” she says.

What is Natalie’s favorite exercise? “I enjoy Reformer Pilates as my main training,” she told the publication.
