Stacey Solomon took to Instagram on Sunday to share a snap with her seldom-visited sister, Samantha Stone.
The former X Factor star, 33, posed arm in arm with his brother in workout gear.
Stacey’s other sister Gemma makes regular appearances on the presenter’s social media channels and has her own book, but Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight.
But Stacey recently turned to personal trainer Samantha for help with a new exercise routine.
She captioned the snap:Happy Sunday everyone. Nearly three months ago, I brushed the cobwebs out of my Joe’s Gym fixtures in my shed and decided to give it a go. I am very proud of myself for not giving up.
“Thanks to my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on Sunday @samantha.stone1”
“Sam, I love you as much as I hate you at this point,” she continued with a laughing emoji.
Samantha is married to Gogglebox TV producer Aaron Stone, and the two have a daughter, Poppy, and a son, Axel.
Last month, Stacey shared a video of Samantha with her followers, explaining that her sister hates being on camera.
She said, “I promised to introduce you to my other sister, and Samantha Stone didn’t like it!”
“She’s the funniest and craziest of us. But she’s also the most camera-sensitive person I know.”
Stacy has previously spoken about her family ties when speaking about Samantha.
she said: “A lot of people were like, ‘I didn’t know you had another sister, where did you hide it?'”
“She’s actually my sister-in-law, but I never call her that because we grew up together. So she’s my sister.”
Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her extended family: “In all, we are about seven people.
“We were a really big blended family. So I had a sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law, a brother and a sister, and my father and stepmother had another child, so I have another half-brother.
“I call them all brothers and sisters. “
