Laguna Woods Village offers a state-of-the-art fitness center designed to support any health and wellness journey. Conveniently located in Community Center and Clubhouses 1 and 5, each facility provides a comfortable environment for residents of all fitness levels.
The community fitness center features a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, as well as free weights to customize your workout routines and group classes. Conveniently located on the southwest side of the Community Center (24351 El Toro Road), you can stop by Resident Services and other administrative offices along the way or after your training. This fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
Clubhouse 1 Fitness Center (24232 Calle Aragon) stands out for its extensive equipment options, dedicated space for group fitness classes, and convenient hours to accommodate a variety of schedules. This property is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Some machines may be used in regularly held circuit classes. Also, visit our Clubhouse 1 Fitness Center to learn more about our seven highly qualified personal trainers who can help you customize your workouts and strength training, and guide you on your fitness journey. The gymnasium in Clubhouse 1 also hosts group exercise classes, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and a variety of dance classes.
Enjoy a smaller, more intimate environment with cardio equipment and weight training options at Clubhouse 5 Fitness Center (24262 Punta Alta). Open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., the center is perfect for those who want to get some exercise in the early morning or in the evening. A resident card is required to use the unmanned facility.
Residents may use the fitness center only if they are 16 years of age or older and accompanied by a resident.
