The red text on the video is “5 Yoga Poses I Do Every Day for a Smooth and Healthy Pregnancy.” The video started with her doing what are also known as Goddess squats. Next up in her circuit was a “Thread the Needle” exercise, which is a solid full-body stretch. It helps open multiple muscles and relax your body. It can also help relieve some pain in your neck and upper back.
