According to a notice from the company, the kosher soft serve “Soft Serve on the Go Cup” sold in takeaway cups has been recalled due to concerns about possible listeria monocytogenes contamination.
Soft Serve on the Go Cups are available in dairy and parve flavors and are manufactured in our own purpose-built facility.
“Our top priority is the safety and health of our customers, which is why we have made the decision to recall all soft serve ice cream on the go cups.” No other products are affected by this recall,” said Ice Clynes Ice Cream Company, which sells the cream cups, wrote in a notice to customers.
This recall applies to all ice cream and sorbet flavors.

If you purchase a soft serve on the go cup that is not clearly marked with a lot number, the company asks you to do the following:
Discontinue use immediately.
Please dispose of this product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
All future soft serve on the go cups will include a clearly marked lot number.
