Lindsey Vonn rides a wakeboard in a swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Olympian flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit while out in the ocean, where she had an unfortunate encounter with a sea creature. ”What started out as a great day ended up getting stung/bitten by a giant jellyfish 🪼…I literally ran over it while standing up on my wakesurf board 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thanks to everyone for the advice on treatment! Masu. I think it will leave a mark for a while…🤕At least I rode some waves before!,” she captioned the post. How does the gold medalist stay in great shape now that she’s retired from skiing? Here’s her diet and fitness routine.

Lindy recommends a breakfast of banana and almond butter if you’re doing some cardio at the gym, eggs with avocado if you plan on lifting weights at the gym, or steel-cut oats and fruit if you’re heading to the gym. Start your day with something.skiing, she said women’s health.

Lindsay insists that she listens to her brain and body when it comes to exercise. “Whatever you want to do is what you should do,” she told Women’s Health. She usually works out at least 3-4 times a week, usually in the morning.

Lindsey does cardio at least twice a week, but avoids running. “She has a doctor’s note that says she should never run again, and she thinks that’s okay,” she says. Instead, she goes cycling or surfing.

Lunch is salad and protein. For dinner, I pull out the air fryer and throw in some protein (usually salmon) with my salad. “I always put a little goat cheese on there and as many vegetables as I can,” she says. She also grills swordfish with carbone marinara sauce.

After dinner, Lindsay goes for a walk. “You have to get outside and walk with your dog to flush out the glucose,” she says.

Journaling is also a form of self-care for Lindsey. “Journaling has been really helpful throughout my career, but especially after I retired,” she says. On bad days, she rereads her diary. “It’s important to write in a diary on bad days because it allows you to go back to when you’re having a bad day.” [and read it] And, you know, this is what a good day looked like,” she says.
