But one TikToker claims to have discovered the ultimate cure for these troubling symptoms, and it’s all thanks to a random guy in a Walmart parking lot.

In the video, which has been viewed 1.7 million times, Brittany (@bmlew) begins, “Yesterday I received medical advice from a strange man in a Walmart parking lot and it worked.” .

Many commenters were intrigued by this tip. “The stranger in the Walmart parking lot gets better treatment than emergency care. Victory!” one person joked.

“I want my daughter to try this but there’s no way I can get her to drink this,” another added.

Others claimed they already knew about the cure.
