The 64-year-old shared what she eats regularly and how she lost belly fat.

Brown, 64, shared a video on social media in which she talks about how she lost belly fat during menopause. She also said it depends on one simple dietary rule she always follows and what she puts in her shopping bag when she goes to Whole Foods on a regular basis.

Here are some of our favorite things in Hara Brown’s grocery bag

Berry: Brown loves incorporating berries like raspberries and blueberries into her meals. Most berries are relatively low in calories compared to other fruits. It’s rich in fiber, which helps keep you fuller longer and reduces your overall calorie intake.

Olive oil: Olive oil is primarily composed of monounsaturated fats, especially oleic acid. These fats are considered heart-healthy and can help lower bad cholesterol levels in your blood. Despite being high in calories, these healthy fats can help you feel full and satisfied, potentially reducing your overall calorie intake.

nuts: Another staple in Brown’s shopping bags are nuts like pistachios. They are excellent additions to a balanced diet and, when consumed in moderation, may support weight loss efforts.

Green and yellow vegetables: Vegetables such as cucumbers, romaine lettuce, green cabbage, and cilantro are a big part of Brown’s diet to help her look younger and healthier.

Whole grains: Whole grains are an essential part of a healthy diet and can contribute to weight loss and overall health in a variety of ways.
