When we started jamming together again, it was just fun, and it felt right. So the show was amazing. We rehearsed really hard. We were probably more prepared for it than we’d been for any of our shows up to that point. And we realized that we should have practiced more when we were together. I hated practicing. I always thought, ‘Oh, we’ve toured enough, we don’t need to do it.’ But after practicing a lot, I was like, ‘Okay, maybe we really should have practiced.'” [Laughs] But when we started practicing, we thought, if we have ideas, let’s try to write some new songs. If we get together, let’s see what we can come up with. So new stuff started to come out. [I’m] I’m excited to see what happens next.”

Anthrax and Overkill Etc. But if we can, we’d love to do it. For now, festivals are something we can do. But we’d also love to do a shorter tour or a month-long tour. Or at least a long weekend on each coast, or New England, the Midwest, the West Coast. But we’ll see what happens. We’re not going to say no to anything. We’re going to listen. So we’ll see if things make sense, if they work out.”
He added: “I’ve been in dad mode for a while, working a nine-to-five, so getting back on a pirate ship at this point is pretty appealing.”
Shadows fall In a statement released in August 2014, band members explained that financial difficulties had made it virtually impossible for the band to continue full-time.
