The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) conducts immunization sessions for children up to 10 years old in St. Catherine over the weekend.
Parents and caregivers should bring their children to receive the first or second dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccines, the polio vaccine, and the third dose of diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DPT) vaccines. Recommended to go.
SERHA said other vaccines children may have scheduled or missed are also available.
Parents and guardians of children are requested to obtain vaccination cards or passports.
Sites open on Saturday are Linstead Health Centre, Ewerton Health Centre, Bog Walk Health Centre, Greater Portmore Health Center and Waterford Health Centre.
The Christian Penn Health Center is open on Sundays.
The center is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
