Her first tip for readers is to make small changes starting January 1st, rather than jumping right into the infamous annual “New Year, New Me” mantra.
“I don’t want to do anything that doesn’t lighten me up,” she said. “If I’m here for just a moment in this world, I want to light up the world with what makes me happy.”
She pointed out that you shouldn't waste your time eating foods you don't like or doing exercises you don't enjoy.

One of Davis' key components in creating healthy habits for her clients is assessing their diet, sleep, and exercise levels.

When it comes to working out, Davis believes that moving your body for at least 10 minutes every day will make a huge difference.

When it comes to food, she advises that you should “eat to nourish your body” and “don't punish yourself.”

She revealed that clean eating doesn't work for everyone, so you need to adjust your health habits to be successful.

And she revealed some tips to help you maintain good habits in 2024.
“Incorporate it into your lifestyle so you don't have to stress about enjoying the luxuries in life over fries and a glass of wine,” Davis asserted.
