Maintaining a healthy lifestyle won't be difficult in 2024 – thanks Celebrity trainer Amy Rosoff Davis.

of health guruHaving worked with A-listers such as Selena Gomez, Sofia Richie, Miranda Kerr, Kristen Bell, and Felicity Jones, she offers a variety of wellness routines, workouts, and meal plans to help you feel your best. I've been devising this.

Davis recently revealed her fitness secret: Eh!newsjust in time for the new year.

Her first tip for readers is to make small changes starting January 1st, rather than jumping right into the infamous annual “New Year, New Me” mantra.

“I don’t want to do anything that doesn’t lighten me up,” she said. “If I’m here for just a moment in this world, I want to light up the world with what makes me happy.”

She pointed out that you shouldn't waste your time eating foods you don't like or doing exercises you don't enjoy.

“make [workouts] It's fun and smooth, so you can easily make it part of your daily routine,” she added. “It’s important to set yourself up for success without getting attached to the outcome.”

One of Davis' key components in creating healthy habits for her clients is assessing their diet, sleep, and exercise levels.

From there, she sets realistic standards for students to follow in order to achieve their goals.

For example, she explains, she suggests high-intensity workouts for people who are “already full of energy” and gives them ideas about the best time to “stretch or slow down depending on your energy level.” did.

When it comes to working out, Davis believes that moving your body for at least 10 minutes every day will make a huge difference.

Sweating greatly improves your ability to absorb food and restores your gut health.

Consistent movement practice, no matter how long or short, can help “your relationship with yourself and how mindful you are of self-care and self-love.”

When it comes to food, she advises that you should “eat to nourish your body” and “don't punish yourself.”

“Don't make a salad with just lemons on it just because you have to. Make it delicious, add lots of olive oil and salt, and make it all like you're some kind of goddess. '' Davis said.

She revealed that clean eating doesn't work for everyone, so you need to adjust your health habits to be successful.

This wellness blogger says, “What you eat, how you detox your body, how you take care of yourself matters because when your body's systems work, everything works better.'' ” he revealed.

“You have to set yourself up for success, so if you think, 'Okay, I'm going to train nine hours a day and eat a slice of celery,' you're going to feel overwhelmed.” It’s scary to do that and it’s going to be hard to keep doing it,” she said.

“It doesn’t matter what it looks like, but what can you realistically incorporate into your life to become a healthier, better version of yourself in ways that are actually actionable and lifestyle changes?”

However, taking care of your body through good diet and exercise is not the only way to heal your soul.

Davis recommends creating a nightly skincare routine and even using meditation to help you relax.
