Romee Strijd in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shows Off Amazing Abs

Romy Strijd is a model and is best known for being one of the Victoria's Secret Angels. She and her husband Lawrence van Leeuwen are celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary. The couple shared a collaboration on Instagram this week to celebrate. Photos included walking in the ocean, getting engaged, and spending time with her daughter. Stride shared some of her health secrets in an interview. women's health. She makes sure to take care of her skin, and she says her diet plays a part in that. “I think it's really important to look at what you're putting into your body first because it makes a difference to your skin. I drink a lot of extra water. I eat a lot of healthy fats. Make sure you're getting enough healthy fats and getting enough sleep. ”

In an interview with Elle, Strijd shared his favorite workout. She seems to be doing a lot of running training. “Something I always include in my training schedule is a run, an incline walk, and some stairs. So 15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes incline walk, 15 minutes run, 15 minutes incline walk. You'll sweat, but you'll feel energized.”

Strijd will keep you motivated to workout. In an interview with Women's Health, she talked about where that comes from for her. “My motivation is how I want to feel. I want to feel good inside and out. Working out gives me energy and I think that's the most important part. I think, even if you're tired, if you make yourself feel good, you'll always feel better about yourself when you go to the gym.”

Stride eats a healthy diet and shared her eating secrets in interviews. hollywood life. “Breakfast will be toast with avocado and eggs, and around 11 o'clock I'll have a snack like some nice fruit. Lunch will be mostly good carbohydrates, like brown rice with chicken or salmon and vegetables. Then “I'll have some juice in the afternoon. For dinner, I'll make a big salad or pasta. I'll make whatever I feel like!”

For Strijd, approaching fitness means staying balanced. She talked about this in an interview with HollywoodLife. “I try to be in the best shape I can all year long. It's easier that way. It's all about balance, so I don't feel like going super hard at any given moment. I also drink a lot of water. Everything is progressing and moving every day, even if it's just a walk. ”
