What is rice water?

How to make rice water
Dr. Savalya goes on to explain how to prepare this magical elixir by following certain simple steps.
- Take 10g of rice (1 cup) and wash it once.
- Then add 60-80ml of water and keep sealed in a mud pan/stainless steel bowl for 2-6 hours.
- Then soak the rice in water for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain and ready to use.
- You can drink it all day long.
- This rice-rinsing juice can be stored for 6-8 hours. It is best to make fresh rice water every day.
Types of rice that can be used for rice polishing
- Any kind of rice, including broken rice, is fine.
- Red rice is better, but white rice is fine too.
- Rice should be raw or uncooked, preferably unpolished. Do not steam or peel.

Dr. Sabariya says rice water not only works wonders for skin and hair, but it also has many therapeutic benefits for the body.
For white discharge:Recommended for all patients who suffer from white discharge (leucorrhoea). It miraculously gives great results,” says an Ayurvedic expert.
For burning urination and diarrhea: Being cool in nature, it is also beneficial for burning urination, diarrhea, bleeding disorders and heavy menstrual cramps. Rice water also reduces the burning sensation on the palms and soles of the feet.
Beneficial for skin and hair: “You can also use it to wash your face and hair. I use it to wash my face and I love it,” says Dr. Sabariya.
