Rebel has talked openly about how she lost a lot of weight and is in the best shape she’s ever been. But how does she stop it? She recently revealed all her details.

She used to go to the gym “six days a week, at least an hour every day,” but now her approach to food and fitness is less aggressive. “While I was losing weight, I was training pretty intensely,” she said. “With a baby, that’s not possible.”
Rebel has some diet hacks. “You can’t completely cut out carbohydrates and sugary foods,” she says. Instead, she “significantly reduced” her portion size and filled up on protein. However, she doesn’t eliminate food groups completely. “I think it’s good that I’m not too focused,” she says. “I’m not on any special diet.”
Rebel starts her day with eggs and avocado toast or a protein shake with berries and bananas. For lunch, I eat a fresh salad with chicken, and for dinner I eat grilled chicken, salmon, or other types of fish.
Rebel occasionally indulges in Ben and Jerry’s Fish Food ice cream and Klondike bars. “I’m obsessed with Klondike bars,” she says. “They’re just simple [treat]. ”
Rebel makes sure to step in. “I went to a big health resort in Austria, and the number one thing they told me was to just go outside and walk,” she revealed. ”[Walking] For me, it’s best to burn off unwanted body fat,” she says.
Rebel also trains at home and incorporates her daughter into her daily routine. “I squat down and pick her up,” she said. She “stretches on the mat and puts her Lois next to her.”
