Rebel Wilson has revealed her strange gym habits after posting a video of her intense workout routine.
In the footage, the 44-year-old Bridesmaids star and his fiancée Ramona Aguruma can be seen working out at a gym in Los Angeles.
Rebel can be heard letting out rhythmic grunts as she works her lats on the pulldown bar.
She captioned the video with the amusing line, “For some reason I have to do sound effects.”
Last month, Wilson admitted to using the type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight, but insisted she only did so after losing it on her own.
The Australian actress managed to lose 36kg (80lbs) during her “year of health” in 2020, but claims she did it without the help of trendy drugs.
The 44-year-old said she had briefly “experimented” to try and maintain the weight she had lost after giving birth to her daughter via surrogate in November 2022.
“I wish I had known about this in 2020. If I had known, I 100 percent would have tried it,” she said. CEO’s Diary Podcast with Stephen Bartlett.
“When I lost about 35kg, I realized there was no way I could continue training and maintain this level of focus. I was so scared I’d gain the weight back,” she added.
Revell said she was no longer taking semaglutide injections but would consider trying them again because they helped reduce sweet cravings and stress-related overeating.
“Now I’ve gained back 10kg since having a baby and I can’t exercise at the level I used to,” she said.

Revell, whose polycystic ovary syndrome affects her fertility, originally decided to lose weight in 2019 on the advice of her IVF doctor.
The SAG Award nominee and her fiancée, Ramona Agulma, welcomed 16-month-old daughter Lois Lillian Elizabeth Wilson via surrogate in 2022.
Rebel, whose real name is Melanie Bownes, previously claimed she reached her target weight of 75kg (165lb) through a combination of high-intensity interval training with fitness trainer Jono Castano Acero, long-distance hiking and a high-protein, low-carb diet.
