He made it clear that he would do everything from jump jacks and sitting machines presses to military push-ups and hard leg deadlifts of barbells, only eating homemade meals.

“I only eat homemade healthy foods.”

The actor stated, “Making a balanced lifestyle is my constant effort. I exercise regularly and prioritize healthy eating. I also prefer to play some sports every day. I do some kind of active physical activity at least four times a week, eating only healthy foods cooked at home.

You are asked to share the importance of dieting in maintaining a fit body and say, “Your fitness depends on 80% on your diet, as it’s what you eat! A healthy diet is very important for your FT body.

Lamb Charan’s diet secrets

Ram’s diet plan, assisted by fitness coach Rakesh Udiyar, ensures that the actor avoids shaking of caffeine, alcohol, sugar drinks, lean meat, wheat and even protein.

The actor begins the day with egg whites and full eggs, oats and almond milk. After that, a daytime snack of vegetable soup followed, after which he has chicken breast, brown rice and green vegetable curry for lunch. For evening snacks, the actor prefers grilled fish, sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables. Dinner at 6pm consists of a “big mixed green salad” and several avocados.

Ram Charan also revealed his preferred exercises

Monday: Biceps (required)

Tuesday: Quad

Wednesday: Calf and abs

Thursday: Chest triceps

Friday: Back Exercises

Saturday: Hamstrings and abs inside thighs

Sunday: Holiday (break)
