Pregnant Brittany Mahomes shares fitness routine to avoid ‘mom butt’

Brittany Mahomes showed off her intensive fitness routine to prevent “mommy butt” during pregnancy and postpartum.

In the short clip, Brittany, 29, was seen wearing a black bodysuit and white sneakers, enhancing her booty using a cable crossover machine attached to her ankle.

“Many women experience what is called a ‘mom butt’ during and after pregnancy, which occurs when the buttocks lose shape and muscle mass,” Trainor captioned the video.

“This is often due to changes in posture and movement as the body adapts to pregnancy,” Ray explained.

However, the wellness coach asserted, “It doesn’t have to be that way.”

“By focusing on working your glutes and continuing to do strength training, you can actually continue to build muscle,” Ray says. “The key is proper movement, posture, and progressive overload.”

Earlier this month, Brittany shared a glimpse of her pregnancy workout session with fitness enthusiast and fellow Kansas City Chiefs WAG Lindsey Bell.

The pregnant mother of three was seen using a barbell, doing squats, and doing other arm workouts.

A former soccer player, Brittany has been very diligent about staying in shape.

She even revealed the secret to her toned physique after flaunting her muscles in May’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

“People always ask me what I did at the gym to get ‘swimsuit ready’. Fun fact – I did the @si_swimsuit shoot with literally a week’s notice 🤪” she said . captioned the video How she worked out at the time.

“I always preach that being consistent in the gym and fueling your body will help you feel your best all year long, not just during swimsuit season.”

Her “simple but effective” routine usually consists of single-leg deadlifts, curtsy lunges, and hip thrusts.

Brittany and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, revealed that they are pregnant and planning to give birth to a baby girl in July.

High school sweethearts tied a knot They already have two children together, daughter Sterling Skye (3 years old) and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III (1 year old) in March 2022.
