Yes ma’ama Noida-based salon and home services startup that was in the news for “terminating” 100 employees after an internal investigation into mental health, also claims to have run a similar campaign.
The company issued a three-page explanation a day after it came under fire on social media for firing employees for overwork. It said the research was part of a social media campaign addressing issues such as: workplace stress And no one on the team was fired.
In a lengthy post on LinkedIn, Yes Madam initially suggested that employees would be fired due to stress. He said it was a movement. It also announced the ‘Happy 2 Heals’ program and India’s first ‘Stress Relief Vacation’ policy.
Yes Madam clarifies that no employees have been fired and apologizes for the pain caused, employee happiness.
