Pfizer has recalled 4.2 million packages of 75mg Nurtec ODT (orally disintegrating tablets).
Used to treat migraines in adults, the recall was issued because it did not meet child-safe packaging requirements, posing a harmful risk when consumed by young children.

“Patients will continue to have access to Nurtec ODT through their pharmacy,” the company said in a statement. “This notice relates to the packaging of Nurtec ODT and does not change the drug’s established safety profile when formulated for its intended use.”
