Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania State Police announced the number of firearm denials and investigations for the first quarter of 2023.

If a person provides false information on a state or federal form, an investigation will be initiated and a referral will be sent to law enforcement.
Considered Class 3 in Pennsylvania and contains false information, whether verbal or written, on federal or state agency forms, or capable of deceiving a seller, licensed distributor, or licensed manufacturer knowingly presenting potentially false identification.
