rowing is great Full body, low impact training.it meshes 86% of muscle and Target more muscle groups than cycling or running.
My high school regatta consisted of a 2,000 meter race where Olympic and other professional athletes finished. within 10 minutes. These “sprint competitions” are the ultimate in high-intensity interval training, but rowing is also great for long cardio sessions, recovery rides, and everything in between.

Row resistance is electronically controlled. The faster you row, the greater the resistance. You can customize the drag coefficient. This is how much resistance increases as you row faster.peloton suggest Stick with the default options as they “simulate the feeling of rowing in the most realistic way”. During the class, all kinds of information will be displayed on the screen.Distance in meters, number of strokes, split pace in minutes per 500 meters, power in watts, stroke rate in strokes per minute, calories burned, total power kilojoule.
The Form Assist window shown above shows how closely it matches the form we demonstrated during Row’s initial configuration. The screen also shows a leaderboard so you can see how your workout compares to other rowers.
Peloton not only tracks your stats as you row, but Row also lets you summarize how you performed at the end of each class. If you want to check the numbers later, everything is[ワークアウト履歴]Saved in tab.
I really like how easy it is to filter the options for finding classes. I also appreciated being able to hide statistics and other information on the screen that I found uninteresting or distracting during class.
