The paddleboard instructor, fitness model, and mother of four has an incredible body, but it’s clear she worked hard to get her curves.
Fitness model Jara Sue leaves little to the imagination.
One of her most popular things is Instagram In the video, Jara Sue guided her followers through a series of exercises designed to tone her arms and abdominal muscles. She worked out while sitting on a towel by the pool in a turquoise bikini that hugged her tanned body. “Add these to your next workout, or try doing them while watching your favorite show. Do each one one minute apart, repeat until burnt out, then do one more set,” she wrote in the caption, telling her followers, ” “Use the weight that works best for you, or if you’re just starting out, don’t use any weight at all,” he advised. ”
“Breathe deeply when you stand up, always be aware of your breathing, stretch when needed, and take breaks when your body tells you to. One of the things about fitness is body awareness and the ability to let your body know what you’re doing. It’s about learning about what you need and what you don’t need. Your weight, food, healthy conversations and what you don’t. Jara ‘concentrates’ in pastel bikini

“I focused,” she wrote in the caption. “Wow, this human has to wear sunshade when he goes outside,” exclaimed one fan. “Wow, I’ve been observing you for a few years. You’re so sculpted right now. Crazy,” another follower wrote. “You are so beautiful and poised,” exclaimed a third fan, while another called her “Wonder Woman.”
Jara Sue shares another bikini workout
in another exercise video, Jara wore an orange strappy bikini and shared her workout with her followers. They did jumping jacks barefoot for a minute, then moved to squats and bilateral leg raises. “Movement is medicine. Here are some workout variations to get your heart pumping and boost your energy any time of the day,” she wrote in the caption.

Instagram is like a modern-day wasteland, full of naysayers and trolls. Give it an F. Please just ignore it!”
She also recommended a non-fiction self-help book by American blogger and author Mark Manson published in 2016 called “The Subtle Art of Not Giving AF—”. The Art of Not Giving AF—” was released as a documentary film in 2023. The film was distributed by Universal Pictures and narrated by Mark Manson himself.
