BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — OnePeak Medical, Oregon's leader in functional medicine and hormone balance, is expanding to Bend. Their newest clinic opened on Tuesday.
“Our patients range from mid-teens to 65 and even 75 years old. We have a really wide range of patients,” Todd Gould, manager of One Peak's Bend and Redmond clinic, said Thursday.
Founded in 2015 by Dr. Nisha Jackson, Ph.D., MS, NP, HHP, the opening of the Bend location marks the clinic's 14th clinic in Oregon. Located at 2088 NE Kim Lane near St. Charles Bend, the clinic provides primary care with an emphasis on prevention.
During your first visit to OnePeak, we will collect your medical history and patient testimonials to identify potential causes of illness before developing a personalized treatment plan. “This gives us an approach that looks at the whole patient more than just the diagnosis,” Gould explained.
Located around the corner in St. Charles Bend, Bend Clinic offers primary care with an emphasis on prevention, functional medicine, and hormone testing and balancing. “And by making supplements available, we do our best to give patients an additional opportunity to get off some of their prescription medications and get healthy,” Gould said.
In addition to nutritional therapy, One Peak's Bend location has an on-site laboratory that can provide results for blood tests and other tests in as little as two business days.
“This could be a complete panel of patients coming in for primary care,” Gould said. “It’s not just the hormone tests that are done, but the other services that we provide as well.”
In addition to helping women cope with hormonal changes such as menopause, OnePeak can also provide men and women with solutions to their stress levels, sleep patterns, toxins, and mental health.
“We use pellets as part of the treatment plan for these patients so that we can administer the hormones they need to restore balance,” Gould explained.
In addition to its new location in Bend, OnePeak also has a location in Redmond, making it the only two offices in central Oregon offering primary care services.
