Nutritionist Patrick Quilin recently spoke about the common elements that many unhealthy foods have. Advanced glycated final product (age).

Glycotoxins accumulate in the body and contribute to tissue damage over time. It also interferes with cell function.

Patrick explained: Scientists have discovered glycotoxins in high fat, high protein, and high temperature foods. Or it takes a long time to cook.

“You get more age and they age you. They are literally risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, diabetes and sarcopenia.

“To protect your body from harmful molecules, Patrick recommends avoiding certain foods.

“At the top of the age chart, there is bacon. When you fry the bacon, you will find protein, fat, high temperatures, and many aging factors there.

“At the very bottom of the list, fresh produce is fresh. Fresh products are of no age.

“Keto and Pereo people may lower their blood sugar levels when they fry big steaks every day, but they’re wreaking havoc with age and glycotoxins.”

It is well known that people seeking longevity are encouraged to incorporate whole food into their diet.
