1. milk thistle
One of the main causes of hangovers is the buildup of acetaldehyde.

“Peppermint can also be used to soothe digestive discomfort and relieve bloating after a night of drinking.
“Why not replace your morning coffee with lemon and ginger or peppermint tea?”
