A new kosher certifier has been announced, and its first customer is the Aglister meat plant in Postville, Iowa.
Mr. Kashrus Lubavitch will be led by Mr. Rabbi. Shlomo Segal crown heights rabbi Aharon Lieberman Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Rabbi’s Gedalia Oberlander Originally from Kingston, Pennsylvania.
They said in an announcement that the new agency was established in response to “numerous” inquiries about establishing yet another kashrus organization.
They said it would provide meat and poultry for use by Lubavitch Chassidim and Chabad institutions across the country, along with its “Lubavitch Shechita” status on Agristar and its Shor Habar label.

As reported by COLlive, Crown Heights Beis Din led by Rabbi Avrohom Ozdova and rabbi Joseph Brownannounced that it has ended its CHK certification from AgriStar.
