Naturopathic doctors have revealed the best superfoods that everyone should add to their diet.
Dr. Janine Bowling, a Canadian-based natural therapy facility, has conducted more than 25 years of clinical research under her belt and regularly shares tips on Tiktok.
She often uses a video sharing platform to upload longevity advice and stay healthy with her 1.1 million followers.
In a new video on Tiktok, Dr. Bowring shared seven superfoods, “You should eat every day for optimal wellness.”
‘The number one is seafood. Now, seafood has omega-3 fatty acids, especially its DHA,” she said.
The second on my list is apples. It contains quercetin, an important antihistamine.
‘The third on the list is seaweed. Seaweed also contains iodine, which is truly important for metabolism.
But her advice didn’t stop there as she continued: “No. 4 on my list – Dark Chocolate.”

‘No. 5 on the list is Coriander. There is chlorophyll, which helps you catch and chelate heavy metals that may be in your system,” she added.
‘Sixth on the list – Brazil nuts. They contain another important nutrient for your thyroid gland, for your metabolism.
‘Number 7, this might surprise you – maybe not, I have other videos on it – it’s an egg.
‘So the egg [are] wonderful. They contain the best choline for our brains and are perfect for our neurotransmitters. It is a great source of protein. ”

“Rinse everything through the kidneys, through the skin and increase your hydration,” added Dr. Bowling.
