EastEnders icon Natalie Cassidy slimmed down from size 16 to size 8 after overhauling her lifestyle and lost a whopping 3 stones over the years. So what changes did she make to lose her weight?

On the podcast RunPod, she explained that running groups have helped her stay motivated, saying, “We suddenly became this little team of people, and we got really close.

“We have a WhatsApp group where we go out together and post runs. It motivates me.”

With her newfound passion for nutrition and fitness, Natalie has developed a healthier relationship with her body.

Now she feels “confident and comfortable” with herself, which motivates her to continue.

“I learned how to eat and how to be comfortable with who I am,” she said.

She showed off her slim figure at the 2020 National TV Awards, showing off her new petite size in a stunning black suit.
