Effective on March 31, 2025, Vincent Valdo will assume the role of head of the Healthcare Business Unit in the Munich Re Specialty-North America (MRS-NA) Excess and Replacement Line.

Joining Munich RE in 2022, Bardo brings over 25 years of dedicated medical insurance experience. He previously served as Senior Vice President of the Mrs-NA Healthcare Team, building and expanding senior living organisations, overseeing underwriting, distribution strategies, and talent acquisition and development.
In his new role, Valdo will lead all healthcare underwriting units to meet insurance and risk management needs for senior living facilities, Allied health facilities, hospitals and related healthcare products and solutions. &
